OER portal
The OER portal of the University of Graz is an institutional repository for Open Educational Resources; it allows University of Graz employees and students to collect and publish their materials.
The OER portal has been accessible and usable at https://oer-portal.uni-graz.at since March 2023. Hundreds of high-quality OER can be found there and more are being added daily.

Other OER repositories
The OERhub is a metasearch engine that combines the OER repositories of several Austrian universities. This means that you can use the OERhub to search the OER portals of the University of Graz, the University of Vienna, TU Graz and others with a single search query.
OERSI is a metasearch engine for OER that combines several German state portals and thus allows you to search numerous portals with a single click.
ORCA is the OER repository of the universities in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Twillo is a portal for OER of HEIs from Lower Saxony and manages the materials of 67 universities.
Zenodo is an Open Science portal where countless Open Access publications can be found and used.
ZOERR is the central repository for OER in Baden-Württemberg.
Other CC-licensed materials
Not only educational materials can be published with CC-licenses, but also images, videos, texts, or even entire courses. These multimodal elements can be used to create your own OER, for example to illustrate your text with pictures.

Images, icons and music
Flickr has a collection of millions of photos from photographers, some of which are available under CC licenses. You can use a search filter to find them.
There are millions of icons and illustrations on Iconfinder. Some of them are under a CC license and can be filtered in the search.
